We interviewed 20 participants to understand dining habits, blockchain awareness, and willingness to adopt NFT-based loyalty programs.
Visit bars or restaurants 2–4 times per month, making recurring rewards attractive.
Had little or no understanding of blockchain or NFTs.
Would purchase an NFT if it unlocked meaningful discounts and exclusive experiences.
